Protocols Architect The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience: - Five plus years experience in wireless communication systems design and R&D of architectures and protocols. - Proven ability to develop new patentable systems, concepts, and technology. - Experience with multiple access techniques and protocols; link layer protocols; TCP/IP protocol suite; and IP-based streaming protocols. - Experience with routing and scheduling algorithms; OFDM systems; and Quality of Service technologies. - Experience with active participation in standards bodies and/or collaborating with outside parties. - Masters in EE or related subject required, PhD a plus. - Excellent communications skills a must.
